The visibility of the garden is improved by vertical, elongated and randomly distributed façade´ s openings, whose design preserves the privacy of homes in the new street arising between two parallel volumes. A parapet made of expanded sheet protects the underside of balconies, allowing their fully opening and ensuring a better ventilation of rooms. In conclusion and in order to give unity to the settlement, we designed a  metal sheet cladded pedestal common to both buildings and reminiscent of the old industrial mark of the area, as well as the original structure of the existing buildings.
