Located in the new residential development of Señorío de Eulza, in Barañáin (Navarra), the project arose in response to urban growth and the need for affordable, high-quality housing for the municipality’s new residents. The area, situated between the established city and recently expanded zones, is characterized by a contemporary residential scale, ample public spaces, and a strong sense of community and close-knit neighborhood.

The proposal comprises 60 affordable housing units, along with commercial spaces and communal amenities, contributing to the revitalization of urban life and reinforcing the residential character of the surrounding area. The project seeks to balance density and quality of life through bright apartments, terraces, and shared spaces that promote a more comfortable and efficient way of living. Beyond its residential dimension, the development aims to integrate seamlessly into the growth of Barañáin, providing affordable, contemporary housing in a well-connected environment designed for everyday life.
