Hanging on the slope of the valley and bordered by a stream whose waters flow from the steppe plain to Tajo river, the ground on which this house stands had once been a resilient farm developed in two heights, of which only remained in standing the retaining wall.

From this wall, which is maintained as a testimony of its former structural function, the house is designed with a basic domestic program: lobby, living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with bathrooms. A white parallelepiped of 108 square meters built. Under the volume there is an outdoor space for parking two vehicles and the utilities room. The exterior walls of the property are built with stone masonry from the place.
