The project extremely constrained by the strict conditions established by the zoning: plot with two parallel blocks of 70 meters long, obligatory exterior alignments in pre-fixed building movement areas, and four above-ground floors plus an attic with setbacks to the front and side facades. Given the fact that most of the building plots of the area – already built in more than 95% – have the same dimension, all the architectural solutions developed accuse a repetitive image of uniformity.

Faced with these limitations and as a contrast, the compositional strategy developed by our team raises in each block a facade oriented at midday constituted by a large horizontal and transparent green balcony, on a continuous terrace and from one end to the other. This criterion is altered voluntarily in the rest of the enclosures, formed by brick canvases perforated by serial holes that illuminate and ventilate the bedrooms.
