The project develops a residential program through a linear block located at the neighborhood of Garena in Alcalá de Henares. Due to the train station and the easy access to the main roads, this district is one of the best locations in the city. 

The housing units are designed with two orientations, trying to make the most of the geographical conditions of the place and enhancing the energy efficiency of the building. In this way, wide terraces with  exceptional views of Mount Viso are located towards the south. To the north, the bedrooms make up a vibrant facade with a significant urban character.
