Low density residential development located on a hill that gently descends towards the coast. The fragmented volume to be built, consisting of a basement garage, two floors and an penthouse, aims to recall in its design the best architecture of the second half of the 20th century. Saenz de Oiza, Corrales and Molezún, Coderch, among other architects, translated the postulates of the Modern Movement to the needs of their works built at the Spanish coastal areas during the sixties.
Parallelepipeds of white color, staggered partially covered volumes, exterior carpentry formed by floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor spaces with native flora plantations and ground floor apartments with private gardens, are arranged and integrated into the natural environment.
