Designing a workplace today requires understanding how the role of the office is evolving. Rather than treating it as a collection of workstations, the project conceives the interior as a continuous landscape where architecture supports collaboration, focused work, and the natural appropriation of space. The layout is organized around a transparent meeting room at the center of the floor plan. Beyond its functional purpose, this volume anchors the office, establishes a clear spatial hierarchy without compartmentalizing it, and allows light and views to extend across the full depth of the space. The result is an environment defined by continuity rather than separation.
The material palette follows the same principles of balance and restraint. Warm wood, neutral white surfaces, and carefully placed accents of color create a calm, timeless atmosphere without distracting from the architecture. Breakout areas are integrated into the shared workspace, recognizing informal conversations and spontaneous encounters as essential to contemporary office life. The connection to the building’s atrium also brings the interior garden into the daily experience, softening the boundary between inside and outside and enhancing the sense of openness.
Through a restrained and precise architectural approach, the project reflects the identity of a development company focused on creating places for people to live and work. The office therefore becomes more than a functional environment: it is a direct expression of the company’s architectural values and culture.
